Privacy Policy

Please kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to help ensure we can begin on time, or even slightly ahead of schedule. In consideration of other clients with appointments following yours, a late arrival may result in a reduced appointment duration while the original fee remains applicable.

Cancellation

Cancellations, appointment modifications, or no-shows made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of the original service cost. Any request to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation. Clients who fail to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled time will be considered a no-show and will be charged fully for service cost.

Group Appointment

For appointments booked for groups of two or more, a valid credit card is required to be placed on file at the time of booking. The card will not be charged at the time of reservation. All credit card information is securely stored and protected through Vagaro.com.

Silence Mode

Upon checking in at White Elephant Thai Massage, we kindly request that you silence your mobile device and speak in a low voice. Our establishment serves as a sanctuary for individuals seeking relaxation and a tranquil, stress-free atmosphere.
Children : To preserve the tranquil ambiance of White Elephant Thai Massage, we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing young children. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and all individuals under the age of 18 are required to have their initial consultation form signed by a responsible adult over the age of 18. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to supervise the minor’s behavior throughout their visit.
Gratuities are not included in the prices of our services. A customary gratuity of 20% or more is recommended for each service providers. For your convenience, tips may be left at the front desk, where tipping envelopes are available for cash gratuities. Alternatively, gratuities may be added to your credit card payment. While tipping is not obligatory, it is always sincerely appreciated.
Personal Belongings: We kindly recommend that you leave jewelry and other personal belongings at home whenever possible, as they will not be needed during your session. If you bring those items to the sessions, be sure to not leave them close to the service area. And please make sure to bring them before leaving the session.
Please tell us your preference:We can always make the session suit to your personal preferences. This includes the level of pressure applied, lighting intensity, choice of music, table temperature, and whether you prefer to engage in conversation or enjoy your session in silence. We encourage you to communicate any questions or concerns you may have so your therapist will greatly appreciate your input and will be better able to address your specific needs and ensure a truly personalized and comfortable experience.

Health Concern: Allergic Reactions or Pregnancy Concerns, Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies (including those to medications or fruits), physical limitations, current medications, or if you are pregnant. Please note that massage services are only offered to individuals who are beyond twelve weeks or more. If you experience any discomfort or pain during your treatment, we encourage you to notify your therapist immediately so adjustments can be made to ensure your safety and comfort.
What to Wear During Your Session:
We provide fully clothed services during all traditional Thai massage sessions. For additional treatment types, we supply robes, towels, and blankets for your comfort. If you require an extra towel, robe, or blanket at any time, please do not hesitate to ask our staff—we are always happy to assist you.
Gift Certificates Policy:
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost, stolen, or damaged certificates cannot be replaced, refunded, or honored. Gift certificates may be redeemed for the monetary value of the service at the time of purchase. Please note that gift certificates should only be purchased directly from White Elephant Thai Massage to ensure their validity.
Professional Spa Environment:
White Elephant Thai Massage is a professional establishment dedicated to enhancing your overall well-being and comfort. All of our therapists are fully licensed and committed to providing the highest standard of care. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Should a therapist determine that a client is acting inappropriately, they are authorized to immediately end the session and refer the matter to the manager for further action.
Right to Refuse Service:
White Elephant Thai Massage reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual who displays inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior within our boutique. In such cases, the full amount of the service will still be charged. This policy is in place to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional atmosphere for all clients and staff.
