Privacy Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the original service price remains unchanged.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are considered late cancellations.
After a late cancellation, a $30 deposit will be required for future appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service.
No-Show
Clients who do not arrive and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show.
After a no-show, full prepayment will be required for future appointments.
Deposits and prepaid amounts are applied toward the scheduled service. If the appointment is canceled, changed, or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, the prepaid amount is non-refundable.
Group Appointments
Appointments for 2 or more customers require a $30 deposit per customer.
Deposits are applied toward each customer’s service. Changes to the number of guests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If a guest cancels or is removed less than 24 hours before the appointment, that customer’s $30 deposit is non-refundable.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented or verified at the time of service. Lost or stolen certificates may not be replaced.
Professional Conduct
White Elephant Thai Massage provides professional therapeutic massage services. Inappropriate, sexual, threatening, abusive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse or immediately terminate service when necessary to protect our clients and staff. If a session is terminated due to inappropriate behavior, the full service amount may still be charged.
